Unwind Your Emotions
Drama therapy works to shed the light on the feelings and behaviors of a person and helps teach them the ways to manage and overcome obstacles they are called to face. The hope is that by taking on specific roles a person can gain personal insight and break free from barriers.
Using techniques such as improvisation, role playing, mime, movement and storytelling, participants are invited to express their emotions, practice desired behaviors and act out the change they wish to become.
